French racer Simon Pagenaud has 12 seasons of INDYCAR under his belt, of which seven with one of the most successful teams of the sport, Team Penske.

With Penske, he wins the 2019 Indianapolis 500 and becomes the first Frenchman to win “the greatest race in the world” in 99 years.

2016 Indycar Champion

Pagenaud’s INDYCAR record includes 15 wins, 14 pole positions (including the Indy 500), 38 podiums, the 2016 INDYCAR Series title, and runner-up in 2017 and 2019. The Frenchman was voted Best Rookie in 2012.

Outside of INDYCAR, Pagenaud scored 28 wins including 13 in Sports Car racing and 11 in Formula Renault. He won the 2022 and 2023 editions of the 24 Hours of Daytona and the U.S. ALMS LMP Endurance Championship in 2010. In 2023, he returned to Le Mans for the first time since 2011 to participate in this mythical race with COOL Racing
